In large structures, the car fleet is often organised by a fleet manager. The management is traditionally divided between several departments, the Finance Department supports the costs of acquiring and / or lease, while the general services assume maintenance. • Only take the services you really need in terms of management. Landlords have developed many services that are often not used by the client

• Consider implementing a policy for vehicle use in the company. It also means ensuring that it can not be any deviations resulting in additional costs.

• Ask for a complete price schedule to avoid being surprised in the middle of the contract with unbudgeted costs.
