How to reduce your recuitment costs?
- Look for profiles internally.
- Set up recommendation campaigns: your employees know probably the perfect profile you are looking for (Bonus could encourage even more their motivation).
- Use cheap tools for advertising your vacancies (Google, Linkedin, Facebook...).
- Check available resumes on Linkedin.
- Consolidate your network of recruitment agencies: analyse their way of working and their cost structure.
- Post and update regularly vacancies on your website, reply to every application and save every profile in a database (Might be useful in the future).
- Externalisation of non strategic functions might be very cost effective.
