Tip of the week: End your contracts on the same date
You are now working with the same provider for a couple of years. Your company has grown recently and new contracts with different end dates have been added to the first contracts.
Avoid to be blocked in a situation where it is going to be very complicated to leave because the end dates of your contracts are spread for example on a period of two years. The provider is in a very comfortable situation because many clients probably decide not to change or renegotiate.
Make sure when you add new products or services to the original contract, you negotiate with the provider to end all your contracts on a certain date.
