Tip of the week: Individual printer vs Second screen
Encourage your employees to use large copiers to print. Individual inkjet printers represents useless costs for the company (toners are four times more expensive than laser printers).
However, employees are not always eager to walk to the copier to get their prints. We advise companies to offer the possibility to employees to get a second screen in exchange of their individual printer.
The toners savings will compensate the price of the screen in less than a year and the second screen will increase performance and comfort.
